Job Summary:

As an Onsite Tech Lead specializing in LMS/Automation, you will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of projects and overseeing their planning, execution, and delivery. You will ensure the successful implementation of advanced AI solutions that streamline and automate the Learning Management System. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to develop scalable and efficient architectures and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of machine learning models and algorithms for LMS.
• Oversee the implementation and optimization of deep learning and neural network architectures.
• Utilize Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) for automating LMS Processes.
• Apply Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to enhance LMS solutions.
• Architect and deploy solutions on AWS Cloud using services like Sagemaker, S3, Lambda, and Cloudwatch.
• Develop and maintain serverless architectures for LMS.
• Work with Knowledge Graphs and SPARQL, specifically using AWS Neptune, to manage Learning content/data.
• Design and manage relational databases using RDS and PostgreSQL.
• Write efficient and maintainable code in Python.
• Utilize GitHub for version control and collaboration.
• Develop and maintain scripts for automation and data processing.
• Ensure the security and scalability of LMS.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of LMS projects.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Neural Networks.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead – AI & AI Agents to drive the development of intelligent AI systems, autonomous agents, and AI-powered enterprise solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3+ years in AI/ML engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other AI/ML frameworks.
• Experience with AI agents, autonomous decision-making models, reinforcement learning, and LLMs.
• Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed computing.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI model deployment.
• Expertise in MLOps, AI model optimization, and scalable AI infrastructure.
• Knowledge of enterprise security, data governance, and ethical AI frameworks.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide engineering teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
